Privacy Policy for Quick Photo Manager

E-Soft Inc. ("E-Soft," "we," "us," or "our") publishes the Quick Photo Manager Android application. This policy explains what information the app accesses, how that information is used, and the choices available to you.

Information the app accesses

With your permission, Quick Photo Manager accesses the images in your device's shared photo library. The app reads image content and related media-library information, including image identifiers, folder paths, album or bucket names, and capture dates. It uses this information to display and organize photos into rolls, remember your position, mark photos for review, and let you share or delete photos you select.

The app also maintains local information needed to operate, including identifiers for photos marked for deletion, your most recent position in each photo roll, the trial start date, device-time checks used to enforce the trial period, and whether the lifetime app purchase has been recognized.

How information is processed

Photo content, media-library information, photo-management state, and trial or entitlement state are processed and stored locally on your device. E-Soft does not operate a server backend for this app, and this information is not transmitted to E-Soft.

The app does not require an account or sign-in. It does not contain advertising or analytics, and it does not collect location, contacts, messages, health information, or advertising identifiers.

Sharing and deleting photos

Quick Photo Manager shares a photo only when you select the share action. Android's system sharing interface sends the selected photo to the app or service you choose. That recipient processes the photo under its own terms and privacy policy. E-Soft does not receive the shared photo.

Photos marked for deletion are not deleted until you confirm the deletion. Android may also show a system confirmation prompt. Deletion changes your device's shared photo library and may be permanent, subject to any trash, backup, or recovery features provided by your device, photo service, or selected storage provider.

Google Play Billing

Quick Photo Manager offers a one-time lifetime purchase through Google Play after a seven-day free trial. The app uses the Google Play Billing Library to request product information, start the purchase flow, check purchase status, and acknowledge completed purchases. During that process, Google Play handles transaction and purchase-history information. The app may receive purchase status, product information, and a purchase token needed to recognize and acknowledge the purchase. It stores only the resulting paid-entitlement status locally and does not store payment-card or bank-account details.

Sharing and sale of information

E-Soft does not sell user data. The app does not share your photo library, photo-management state, or other personal information with advertisers or other third parties. A photo is provided to another app or service only when you deliberately use the Android sharing interface and choose that recipient. Google Play acts as the service provider for the optional in-app purchase.

Permissions

The app requests access to photos and media so it can provide its core photo-management functions across your photo library. On supported Android versions, you can review or revoke this permission in Android settings. Revoking or limiting access may prevent the app from displaying or managing some or all photos.

Retention and deletion

Quick Photo Manager does not create server-side user records. Photo-management state, preferences, and trial or entitlement status remain on your device until they are replaced during normal app use, cleared through Android settings, or removed when you uninstall the app. Clearing app data or uninstalling the app deletes data stored locally by the app, but does not delete the photos in your shared photo library. Photos are deleted only when you select and confirm deletion. Google Play transaction records are managed by Google according to Google's policies and applicable legal requirements.

Security

Google Play Billing communications are encrypted in transit. Local app information is protected by Android's application sandbox and the security controls of your device. When you share a photo, Android grants the selected recipient access to that photo. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

Quick Photo Manager is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app's functionality or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy at this URL and update the effective date.
